Beneath the People with Disabilities Act of 1990, college students with disabilities may take longer to finish their associate diploma or bachelor’s degree and keep their Excelsior Scholarship eligibility if their disability requires them to go to less than comprehensive-time (30 credits per annum, or its equal) or if they should pause their st
